Racial equity and social justice are the key components in raising consciousness in our communities and island. I am committed to ensuring that we are acknowledging and talking about our past and present history and creating a better future for tomorrow. From lived experiences and currently raising my own consciousness, I am compelled to do the work because the current systems that exist are meant to keep us out. I dream of a world of love and compassion for each other, acceptance and connection.
