Ana Schwartz

Ana Schwartz is the Director of Equity and Engagement for Breakthrough Montessori. Ana believes immensely in creating environments that are loving and valuing of all children regardless of their identity: both seen and unseen. Ana has over a decade of teaching experience in grades preK- 6th, but her heart will always be with the 1st graders. She was also the Race and Equity Coordinator at her previous school for three years. Ana holds a M.Ed in Curriculum and Implementation from Trinity's Teaching for Change program.
