Alicia Robinson (she/her) spearheads The Equity Lab's work around workplace culture, talent development, and adult learning practices as they apply to group coaching and one-on-one coaching environments.

Committed to centering equity and operationalizing inclusivity in workplaces working for justice and liberation, Alicia has thirty years of hands-on experience in the PreK-12, university, nonprofit and philanthropic sector as an instructor, manager, talent/human assets executive and coach. Prior to joining the TEL staff, Alicia founded and led EdPlus Consulting where she partnered with clients at various stages of their equity journeys to provide leadership coaching and development, strategy throughout the talent life-cycle, and session facilitation and design. She was TEL's founding board chair and president.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Alicia has resided in Washington, DC since 1990 when she first came to attend American University where she earned degrees in Public Communication and Elementary Education.
