Haley Glover

I’m driven to do racial equity and social justice work for many reasons—not least because as a white woman, I have been the beneficiary of others’ oppression, and because a country cannot thrive while holding down its people. Higher education, the field to which I’ve devoted my professional life, is a creator of both mobility and inequity. I want to help eliminate racist, classist barriers to credentials, and fulfill the promise of higher learning. Absent this work, colleges, universities and the policies that guide them will continue to serve as servants of white supremacy.
