Bridgette Ginyard

Bridgette Ginyard is the Managing Director of Talent at Reading Partners and has professional roots in the youth development and public service sector. She has led talent acquisition initiatives at national nonprofit organizations like iMentor and Year Up before joining Reading Partners. Bridgette is passionate about helping job seekers align their talent with mission-driven work to tackle large-scale social issues. She has experience building diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, leading recruitment operations strategy, and supporting staff planning to meet organizational goals. Bridgette works to help nonprofit leaders lean into human-centered management principles to build inclusive and welcoming team environments.

Bridgette was born and raised in Vallejo, California with footprints in Washington, D.C., and New York City. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia, but is still a Californian in spirit. When she’s not working, she is candle-making, volunteering, playing board games with family, discovering a new recipe, or exploring nature trails.
