Bren Elliot

Bren Elliott currently serves as the Chief Equity Officer for DC Public Schools. In this role, she overviews leader professional development, student supports, the IMPACT staff evaluation system, school culture, as well as, social-emotional learning and equity initiatives. Bren has 24 years of experience as a public educator and vast experience building and leading district initiatives. Bren links her success to a strong belief that students can and want to succeed and strategically building a team of stakeholders who believe the same.
