Amanda Borden

Amanda Kramer Borden oversees School Leader Lab's strategy, operations, finance, and project work as Executive Director. Prior to co-founding School Leader Lab, Amanda worked on the network leadership teams of KIPP DC and Success Academy Schools. Amanda has tutored, advised and served public schools since high school. Before moving to K-12 public education full-time, she worked in brand management, innovation, and strategy for Diageo. She started her career in strategy consulting and investment banking. Outside of work, Amanda stays busy reading, running and raising two fourth generation Washingtonians with her husband.
