Anna Gregory

Anna serves as the Chief of Staff for KIPP DC, which is the second largest network of schools in DC outside of DC Public Schools. In her role, Anna supports strategic planning and coordination within the network. Prior to joining KIPP DC, Anna worked at DCPS for over a decade. She began her career at DCPS as a teacher in 2005, and she held various leadership roles in human capital and communications before serving as the Chancellor's Chief of Staff. Anna is a Kansas native, but she has made DC her home for the last fifteen years. She is passionate about great schools and great school systems. Anna holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and a master’s in public affairs from Princeton University. In her free time, Anna cooks for friends and attempts to do Crossfit.
