Celine Fejeran
As Chief of Community Engagement and Organizing, Celine leads strategy and implementation of PAVE's family engagement model, including outreach, leadership development, and advocacy. Most recently, Celine served as Deputy Director of Raise DC, where she oversaw the citywide Graduation Pathways Project and led the design and growth of the Bridge to High School Data Exchange, creating a unified approach across DCPS, public charter schools, and OSSE for sharing information on over 4,000 enrolling 9th graders. Previously, Celine was a Senior Policy Advisor in the DC Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education, where she managed the youth reconnection and workforce development portfolio, as well as co-founded DC's first youth ReEngagement Center. Celine began her career as a 4th grade teacher in DCPS. She holds an MA in Education Policy from George Washington University and a BA in Elementary Education from American University.
