Katie Cole

I currently serve as the General Counsel for KIPP DC. After graduating from college, I taught high school in Hawaii before attending law school. After law school, I practiced employment law and clerked for a judge before joining KIPP DC four years ago. I feel tremendously grateful to be at a place where our North Star is focusing on what's best for kids, and at an organization that has begun to spend much more time and work on exploring DEI issues.
