Kimberly Osagie
Dr. Kimberly E. Osagie is a Nigerian woman with Louisiana charm and a New York edge—equal parts strategist, storyteller, and systems thinker. With over 20 years of experience across education, philanthropy, and social innovation, she now leads KEO Advising, partnering with mission-driven leaders and organizations to reimagine strategy and build people-first, equity-centered practices.
She has held leadership roles across sectors, including Vice President of Programs at Echoing Green, where she led global support for 1,000 Fellows across 80+ countries and stewarded a $75M+ racial equity fund; Partner at Promise54; Vice President at Curriculum Associates; Program Officer in Residence at the Walton Family Foundation; and Associate Dean at Relay Graduate School of Education.
Kimberly earned her doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard University, where her research explored how internal systems can power audacious goals in philanthropy. She also holds a Master of Science in Teaching from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in English and Political & Social Thought from the University of Virginia.
