Barbara Ledyard

I'm currently the V. P. of Finance and Administration at Educare DC. In this role I serve on the executive leadership team with direct responsibility for finance, human resources, facilities and compliance management. With 25 years of experience in nonprofit administration, I bring expertise in administering federal contracts, fiscal oversight, outcomes measurement, capacity building, operational processes, training and technical assistance. My work has intentionally centered around anti-poverty programming and I'm an advocate of two-generational approaches to reducing poverty.  I have a particular interest in the intersection of race and poverty.
