Faida Fuller is the Chief Operating Officer at Vital Voices. Fuller is a passionate non-profit leader with experience in social impact and education equality. She served as Chief Operating Officer at Friendship Public Charter Schools, expanding three of their new campuses in the District of Columbia to serve more than 4,000 students primarily from at-risk populations.

Prior to her work at Friendship Public Charter Schools, Fuller supported institutions of learning as Chief Financial Officer at Caesar Chavez Public Charter School and as Director of the Office of Public Charter School Financing and Support at the Office of the Superintendent of Education (OSSE) in Washington, DC. At OSSE, she focused on providing public school choice grounded in innovation, opportunity, and excellence through effective funding strategies that improve educational outcomes for students.

Fuller received her Masters’ in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Spelman College. As a graduate of Spelman, she advocates, donates and volunteers for the college with a focus on the development of young women, helping to encourage students to lead and serve their communities in extraordinary ways.
