Autumn Jackson

I’m driven towards eliminating barriers that relate to issues of race and equity, specifically as they relate to education and housing, and broadly as they relate to every area that impacts a person’s life trajectory.  My personal lived experiences sparked my interest, however, I believe that those experiences pointed me towards walking in my life’s purpose in alignment professionally and personally. 

As the Special Projects Manager at Washington Yu Ying Public Charter School, I lead our school’s internal communications, serve as our community engagement liaison and co-lead our schoolwide equity initiatives. I reside in Washington, DC with my husband and our 5 children who are all very active in sports.
