Stacy Lewis

With 20+ years in talent development and employee engagement roles, Stacy pairs an unwavering belief in human potential with a unique perspective and understanding of the business environment and the frustrations created in today’s work cultures. Stacy’s career has spanned both nonprofit and private sectors, and she is passionate about building workplaces that can attract, develop, and retain talent at any point in their career and life stage.

Currently, Stacy leads talent development and culture-building at Echoing Green, a global nonprofit, stewarding the co-design and implementation of a comprehensive leadership competency model, revamping employee onboarding, and facilitating manager development programs. She also is an experienced recruiter and interviewing skills coach.

In her consulting +coaching practice, Stacy brings these experiences to support emerging leaders and organizations, helping them to ensure their genius is at work, their values are in alignment and they are building a context for themselves and others to thrive.

She received her BA in Biology from Hofstra University, and her MS in Human Resources Management from Milano – The New School. Based in the NYC area, she spends her free time as a tired introvert—checking out New York’s ever-changing dining scene, dabbling in live vocal performance, and seeking relaxation at any of the Caribbean’s amazing beaches.
