Tiffany Alston

Tiffany Alston serves as the Assistant Director of Public Services for the DC Public Library, overseeing thirteen of DCPL’s neighborhood branches.

A resourceful, results-driven professional with a passion for excellence, learning and development and a strong desire to make a difference. Demonstrated abilities that combine leadership and management skills, team building and development, community engagement and collaborative administration. An experienced communicator with a deep knowledge of all levels of library service and an ability to influence and engage the leadership of DC Public Library in regard to prioritizing needs for programs and services in branch libraries with a strong background in coaching and Action Learning methodology.
