Jessica Dulay

Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, I received my BS in Psychology at UC Irvine and my MA in Special Education at California State University, Northridge. I began my Education career as a Special Education teacher at Sutter Middle School. I was then offered an opportunity in DC to support a pilot SPED reform initiative, supporting 8 elementary schools. I then moved on to work at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education to lead and support trainings on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Restorative Justice. During this time, I also had the opportunity to work with the SWIFT Center to scale-up MTSS in 4 California counties.

Jessica works at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education.
