Traci German

My name is Traci German and I've been in the DC area for 14 years serving as a mental health professional to children and their families. For the past 7 years, I have served at Academy of Hope Adult Public Charter School on the student support team, providing wrap-around services to DC residents that are seeking their high school credentials and workforce opportunities. I have had the opportunity to directly work with learners and to lead the student support team. I'm invested in developing professionals on my team to serve with an equitable and inclusive lens and to challenge systems of racism. I'm open and eager to learn more about getting more DC residents access to education and employed beyond a living wage for them and their families.
