Akosua Kelley

Akosua Kelley is a Partner at School Leader Lab where she is focused on helping school leaders tap their full potential for student impact. Akosua has worked in education for the last 15 years, serving 12 years in Boston where she worked as a teacher through Teach For America, a founding principal in Boston Public Schools and a leadership development coach at Lynch Leadership Academy.  Her passion for education began at Dartmouth College where she received her Bachelors in Psychology and a Minor in Education. She holds a Master's Degree in School Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Akosua is a wife, and a mom of two young boys.
