Megan Sands

Megan Sands is a Partner at the Inclusive Schools Leadership Institute at Relay Graduate School of Education. She is a passionate educator, leader, and advocate for equity with over 15 years of experience working to create more inclusive and just learning environments for all students.

From redesigning Center City's ESOL program to founding the International Academy at Cardozo Education Campus to supporting leaders nationwide through her current role at Relay, Megan has consistently challenged schools and districts to rethink traditional approaches and center the needs of multilingual learners, students with disabilities, and other historically marginalized groups.

As a consultant, professor, and former school leader, she thrives on partnering with educators to dismantle systemic barriers and design learning spaces where every student can thrive. Her work is deeply rooted in the belief that lasting change happens when we’re willing to question what’s always been done and imagine what’s possible.
