Michael Rosskamm
Michael is the Executive Director of DCI (District of Columbia International School). Most recently, he was regional superintendent at Achievement First (AF), a charter management organization serving over 14,000 students in Brooklyn, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. He led the Brooklyn cohort of eight middle schools. Prior to becoming a regional superintendent, Mike was the principal of AF Bushwick Middle School and led a significant improvement in academic results for the Black and Latinx student populations. Earlier in his career, Mike was a management consultant for BCG and also taught high school mathematics in the New York City Department of Education. Mike earned degrees from both Princeton (BSE) and Northwestern (MBA) and was selected for the prestigious Broad Residency Fellowship.
