Sarah Hoffman
Sarah Barclay Hoffman is the Policy Director of the Early Childhood Innovation Network (ECIN), and a Program Manager with Children’s National Health System in Washington, DC. Ms. Hoffman is passionate about child and family behavioral health, and especially the promotion of mental health and prevention of mental health disorders, based on her own family experience. Ms. Hoffman has over 15 years of experience in policy and advocacy focused on children’s issues, including as an advisor on education policy and strategy to national philanthropic organizations, nonprofits, and state education agencies at EducationCounsel LLC, Ms. Hoffman began her career at the Children’s Defense Fund. She also serves on the Board of Directors and is a past Board Chair of McClendon Center, a local community mental health agency. Ms. Hoffman resides in Washington, DC with her husband and two young sons, and is an active member of The New York Avenue Presbyterian Church.
